Welcome to WLR Yoga, Little Rock's premiere yoga studio!

Our studio was founded by a passionate group of teachers who want to bring the gift of yoga to our community, our city, and beyond. It is our vision to develop a place where all people feel welcome and safe on their yoga journey. It is our mission to bring yoga to all people on all paths. We hope our studio is a place of repose, acceptance, and growth, and a place of love, laughter, and fun. But most importantly, we hope you find your home here.
